Each recording is delivered as a polished, standalone video with the speaker on camera alongside their presentation slides, properly timed and formatted for your hosting platform. We also provide individual chapter markers and metadata to make content searchable and easy to navigate.
How It Works
We place cameras to capture the speaker and audience, while simultaneously recording the slide feed directly from the presentation laptop via HDMI capture. This gives us a clean, high-resolution slide track that we sync with the speaker footage in post-production — no shaky screen recordings or washed-out projector captures.
For multi-track events with parallel sessions, we deploy independent camera and audio rigs in each room, each with dedicated recording. Audio is captured via the venue sound desk where possible, supplemented with our own wireless lavalier microphones on every speaker to guarantee clean, consistent sound.
